Welcome to the Huntley High School Bands Website.

Huntley High School Bands provide students with an opportunity to increase their musical skills, develop friendships, and build pride in their school and community. The various bands perform throughout the year at concerts, sporting events, parades, community events, and even at local businesses for fundraising.
Huntley High School has many opportunities for students to participate including Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, and Percussion Ensemble, in addition to the Marching Band, Jazz Ensemble, Pep Band and Color Guard.

The Bands have performed at Concert Band Festivals throughout Illinois including the Chicagoland Invitational, the Illinois State University Concert Festival, and the Illinois SuperState Concert Band Festival. Additionally, students are eligible to audition for the Illinois Music Educators Association instrumental ensembles and the McHenry County Honor Band.

Huntley High School Marching Red Raiders

The Huntley High School Marching Red Raiders is Huntley High School’s award winning marching band. The Marching Red Raiders have performed at sporting events, community parades, and many local and regional marching band competitions. The Marching Red Raiders won many awards in the 2022 season, including Grand Champions of the 2022 Prospect Knight of Champions.
